Anne E. DiLeo

Anne E. (Smith) DiLeo, 87, of Southington and formerly of Waterbury, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, May 15, 2026 at Southington Care Center. She was the loving wife of the late Joseph A. DiLeo for nearly 58 years.

Anne was born on January 25, 1939 in Waterbury to the late George and Helen (Tehan) Smith. She worked as a 3rd grade teacher for many years and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all.

Anne is survived by her daughter, Helen Moriarty (Dave) of Southbury, CT, son, Joseph N. DiLeo (Cynthia) of Naples, FL, two grandchildren, Joseph M. DiLeo (Julia Alex) of Falkville, AL and Lauren DiLeo of Naples, FL, as well as many cousins, nephews and nieces.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at St. Dominic’s Church, 1050 Flanders Rd., Southington. Please meet directly at church.
