Barbara L. (Campbell) Bradley, 81, of Southington, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, December 26, 2025.
Barbara was born in Lexington, Kentucky on January 20, 1944 to the late Robert and Adelle (Cutler) Campbell and spent her younger years growing up in Maine. She had a long career in banking and retired from Farmington Savings Bank in Farmington.
A devoted UConn Women’s Basketball fan, Barbara never missed a game. You always knew you were at the right house—you could hear the game from the driveway. If you were looking for Barbara on a Sunday, you’d find her at church or at the bowling alley, where she loved her bowling league and the friendships it brought.
Above all else, Barbara loved her family, who were the center of her world. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
She is survived by her son Scott and wife Kelly, her daughter Cheryl, three beautiful granddaughters, Delaney, Ava and Ainsley and one cherished great-granddaughter, Lennon. She is also survived by her sister, Anne Harmon and husband Bob, two brothers, Craig Campbell and wife Pam and Paul Campbell and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by four brothers.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org/).
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at the First Congregational Church, 37 Main St, Southington. Burial will follow in South End Cemetery, Southington.
