Edith Marie Martin
Edith Marie Martin, 96, of the Plantsville section of Southington passed away in a nursing home in Meriden on Monday November 8, 2010. She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel A. Martin.
Born on June 15, 1914 in Cease Town, PA, to the late August and Anna (Underkite) Walters, she had been a long-time Plantsville resident.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Daniel and David Martin of Plantsville, 2 sisters: Margaret Robertson from Forestville and Emma Matthews and her husband Henry from Plainville, and many nieces and nephews.
A private service was held on November 10, 2010. Plantsville Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
