Ellen J. Beaulieu
Ellen J. (Hinman) Beaulieu, 60, of Port Saint Lucie, FL and formerly of Plantsville, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022 after a long battle with brain cancer. She had been the loving wife of Rodney Beaulieu for nearly 33 years.
Ellen was born on July 10, 1961 in Meriden to the late William Hinman and Julia Bartlett and had been a longtime Plantsville resident before retiring to Port Saint Lucie, FL with her husband last year.
Ellen loved vacationing in Cocoa Beach and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. In addition to her husband Rod, she is survived by 3 children; Scott Beaulieu and his wife Jodie of South Windsor, Christina Marshall and her husband Justin of Prospect and Heather Beaulieu of S. Carolina and 5 cherished grandchildren; Logan, Isabelle, McKenna, Ella and Cash. She is also survived by 5 siblings; Beth Ormsby, William Hinman, Julie Holuba, John Hinman and Tom Hinman, several nieces and nephews and many loving friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, David Bartlett.

A memorial service will be celebrated at 12 noon on Friday, February 18, 2022 at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St, Plantsville. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Meriden.
