Gloria O. Fornwald

Gloria (Orr) Fornwald, 95, of Southington and formerly of Cheshire, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at her home. She had been the loving wife of Raymond “Hank” E. Fornwald for 72 years.

Gloria was born in Mineola, NY on April 30, 1927 to the late William and Sally (McAteer) Orr. She worked in advertising at the Cheshire Herald for 15 years.

Gloria is survived by two children; daughter, Tracey Malootian and her husband Timothy and son, Richard “Mark” Fornwald, 3 grandchildren, Tyler Malootian and his wife Lindsay, Taryn Malootian and Terysa Malootian and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Stanley and William Orr.
