John A Benoit, Jr.

John Arthur Benoit, Jr. “Jacky,” 60, of Middletown and former longtime Southington resident, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, January 18, 2024. 

John was born in Waterbury on August 13, 1963. He loved playing the guitar and was an excellent abstract artist. He also liked helping people and at times volunteered his time at St. Vincent de Paul in Middletown. 

Jacky is survived by two sons, Christopher Benoit and Joshua Benoit, both of Bristol, his mother and stepfather, Lorraine and Robert Hooper of Southington and his father and stepmother, John A. Benoit, Sr. and Kathy of FL. He is also survived by two sisters, Debra George of Bristol and Michelle Rio of Southington, three nephews and one niece.
