Joyce M. Valentukonis

Joyce M. Valentukonis, 76, of Southington, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Southington Care Center. Joyce was born in Hartford on March 11, 1946, to the late Leon Valentukonis and Margaret (Moir) Schofield.

Joyce worked in the insurance industry for more than 50 years, retiring from United Healthcare. She had a passion for reading and was a member of the Calendar House where she enjoyed taking yoga classes. Joyce leaves behind her loving family and many friends.

Joyce’s family would like to thank the entire staff at the Starling Oncology Department and Southington Care Center for their compassion and excellent care.
