Merrill "Mitch" C. Leach

Merrill “Mitch” C. Leach, 88, of Southington, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. He had been the loving husband of  Arneta (Lovley) Leach for 68 years.

Mitch proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was an active member of the Faith Living Church. He enjoyed boating, water skiing and camping. Mitch was a committed family man and had a strong faith in God. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, daughter, Darlene Judd and her husband Gary of Southington and son,Merrill Leach Jr. and his wife Vicki of FL, 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his daughter, Valarie Leach and his sister, Joyce Lovley. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mitch’s memory may be made to the Faith Living Church, 20 Grove St, Plantsville, CT 06479.
