Pamela (Nunn) Angliss, 78, of Cheshire, CT and formerly of San Anselmo, CA, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, October 3, 2025. She was the beloved wife and best friend of the late Frederick Tipper Angliss Jr. for 58 years.
Pam was born on July 19, 1947 in Natchitoches, Louisiana to the late Howard Riley Nunn and Eva (VanCleave) Nunn.
Pam and Fred lived in California for 32 years before returning home to Connecticut to be closer to family. Pam loved flowers and had a creative spirit. She was a talented artist and enjoyed sewing and knitting.
Pam is survived by two sisters, Stacey Nunn and Karen Nunn Liskamm and her husband William, both of California, one brother-in-law, David H. Angliss and his wife Laura of Cheshire, her nephew, Nathan Angliss and wife Danielle of Cheshire, her niece Gillian Glaser and her husband Patrick of Huntington Bay, Long Island and two grandnephews, Emmett and Logan Angliss.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pam’s memory may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America (https://www.lupus.org/) or to the Alzheimer’s Association Connecticut Chapter (https://www.alz.org/ct).
Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 10 - 11am with Words of Remembrance at 11:00 am at the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville.
