Pat was born on October 10, 1948 in New Haven, CT to the late Anthony and Stephanie (Romajas) Valentine.

She was a longtime member of St. Aloysius Church in Plantsville, where she taught CCD for many years and served as Director for over 10 years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening. In her younger years, Pat and her husband shared a love of boating and spent many happy days together on the water, creating memories they cherished for a lifetime.

In addition to her husband Ron, she is survived by two daughters, AnnMarie Nazzaro and her husband Ed of Durham and Amy Anderson of Southington and three grandchildren; Dominic and Stephanie Nazzaro and Jonathan Anderson. She is also survived by four brothers, James Valentine and his wife Sandra, David Valentine and his wife Alice, Thomas Valentine, all of Southington, and Arthur Valentine of Bristol and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Pat was predeceased by her brother, Martin Valentine and a sister, Rosanne Valentine.

Pat’s family would like to extend a sincere thank you to her nurse from Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care, Caren Chalfant for her exceptional compassion and excellent care provided.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s memory may be made to Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care, 267 Finch Ave., Meriden, CT 06451 (https://franciscanhc.org/).
