Paul J. Richter

Paul J. Richter, 51, of Southington, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. He was a proud father, loving son and great friend.

Born August 22, 1964 in New Britain to Neil and Dianne (Angiletta) Richter, he had been a lifelong Southington resident.

Paul worked as the assistant manager at Valley Auto Supply. He was a lifetime member of the Western Baseball League and a member of the Son's of Italy Club. He was an avid pool player and bocce player.

Paul is survived by his loving fiancé©, Susan Dubiel of Southington, two sons, Nicholas Richter of South Carolina and Nathan Richter of Southington and their mother Christine Richter of Southington, his parents Neil and Dianne Richter of Prospect and his stepdaughter Renn of Southington. He also leaves behind his brother Michael Richter of Georgia and two sisters, Lynne Yuhas of PA, and Karen Richter of Meriden, his closest friend Anthony Angelillo of Plantsville and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 from the Plantsville Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville with a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas Church, 99 Bristol St., Southington. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery, Southington.
