Suzan M. Butterfield

Suzan M.  (Mulberry) Butterfield, 73, of Southington, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, December 5, 2022 after a long illness. She had been the loving wife of Dalbert Butterfield III for 45 years. 

Suzan was born on March 5, 1949 in Fairbanks, Alaska to the late Thomas and Mary (Thompson) Mulberry and had been a longtime Southington resident. Suzan retired from Pratt & Whitney after 20 years of service. 

In addition to her husband Dalbert, Suzan is survived by 3 children, Kristine Fortin of Plainville, Dalbert Butterfield IV and his wife Amber of Plantsville and Katie Butterfield and Kevin Derynioski of Middletown, 6 grandchildren, Krystal Fortin (Rob), Chelsey Lesan, Heather Buden (Paul), Michael Parker, Alivia Butterfield and Damian Butterfield, 3 great-grandchildren, Harlow, Maeve and Lennon and a large extended family.
