Thelma S. Mitchell

Thelma (Smith) Mitchell, 99, of Southington, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2023 at Southington Care Center. She was the loving wife of the late Frank H. Mitchell who predeceased her in 2001.

Thelma was born on November 14, 1923 in New Haven, CT to the late Clifford and Octavia (Modine) Smith. She worked at Allied Controls for many years, retiring in 1994. Thelma is survived by her longtime dear friend, Eddie Sylvain of Southington.

Thelma’s loved ones would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Southington Care Center for their kindness and the excellent care they provided for her during her time there.
